TERMS OF SERVICE
Service Conditions
​By the artist (me, my, I):

As the artist, I reserve my right to post the finished commission online as part of my portfolio.

I reserve my right to refuse a commission.
By the client (they, commissioner):

By commissioning me, the client accept these terms and conditions.

By commissioning me, the client understands that they cannot repost the commission without giving full credit to me.

By commissioning me, the client understand that the un-watermarked copy of the commission may not be posted anywhere online, with exception for being sent to another artist to use as reference for a commission. Otherwise, it is for the clients personal use only.

By commissioning a NSFW piece by me, the client confirms that they are of 18 years or older.
Payment & Fees

Payment is done through SquareUp [I will not accept Paypal]. I require 50% up front after the first sketch is sent, and 50% right before sending the final copy of your commission to you.

If the client does not have the funds at the time of the commission, they will be given a month (30 days) to procure the funds. Meanwhile, I will not start until I am paid but the price will stay as quoted, regardless of prices changing within that month.

Cancellation fees exist as a protection for me, and to discourage shady behavior. They are non-negotiable.
Refunds & Cancellations

Canceling a commission during the beginning of the process is completely alright.

Cancelling a commission during the sketching process will result in a 10% fee of the total price that I get to keep, the rest of the payment is returned to the client.

Cancelling a commission during the line-art/values process will result in a 20% fee of the total price that I get to keep, the rest of the payment is returned to the client.

Cancelling a commission during the coloring process will result in a 45% fee of the total price that I get to keep, the rest of the payment is returned to the client.

Cancelling a commission during the finalization process will result in no refund.

A commission I accept and then cannot do or finish will result in a full refund to the client, regardless of how much of the product has already been finished.

If cancelled on my part, the client may keep whatever work I had done up until that point. This work may not be altered or re-purposed without my permission.
General Behavior​

I reserve my right to fully refund or refuse a client that is being rude or behaves inappropriately.

I reserve my right to refuse a client if they do not clearly provide details on what they want me to create.

I reserve my right to refuse a client those English communication is poor, to the point where it could negatively impacts the commissioning process with heavy miscommunication.
Revisions & Changes to Artwork

As the commissioner, I value your opinion on the progress of the artwork. If you want me to change something, then please tell me!! However, don't abuse the fact that I accept revisions. If you repeatedly ask me to change things over and over, especially when the artwork is almost done, I accept my right to refund you or stop working on the piece.

When the artwork is finished, you have one (1) chance to make a revision. It cannot be something that requires more than an hours' work.
